A man has entered an innocent plea to charges that he falsely imprisoned a woman he had handcuffed and brutalized in Baxter County. Forty four year old Mike Collins is charged with false imprisonment, first-degree terroristic threatening and aggravated assault. Court documents show that the victim was found wandering on a road on September tenth near Collins` home. The woman had handcuffs dangling from her left arm and bruises on her face. She said Collins handcuffed her, threw her in the back of his pickup and drove to a remote place where he tore off her clothing and fired his .22 caliber gun at her, telling her he would kill her. Collins is to appear in court December 16th.
