$50,000 Lottery Win for Fort Smith Man

A Fort Smith man has turned a three-dollar investment into $50,000 thanks to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Larry Mingo won the big prize with a Bonus Crossword instant ticket he bought at Pic N Tote 6 at 6600 Phoenix Avenue in Fort Smith.
He picked up his check at the lottery claim center in Springdale today.
Mingo said he knew immediately that he had won $50,000 and shared the good news with the Pic N Tote clerk. He says he plans to pay bills with the money.
