Bill Clinton`s office says the former president will speak at the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce`s annual meeting on November 16th. The speech is two days before Clinton is to formally open is presidential library. Clinton is also to speak at Hamilton College in New York on November ninth, an engagement he`d scheduled before his September sixth heart surgery. The 165 million-dollar Clinton library and park is to open November 18th near downtown Little Rock. The Little Rock chamber says having Clinton speak will give the group another opportunity to thank him for the impact on business that the library has had. Studies show there has been 800 million dollars in new downtown Little Rock development since Clinton chose the site for his library in 1997.
