Toddler Drowns In Creek

A three-year-old boy who apparently walked away from his home was found drowned in a nearby creek in Lowell. Hunter Long was reported missing by his family at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Lowell police say searchers found the boy lying in Puppy Creek at about 8 p.m. Hunter lived in a trailer at the back of Long`s Trailer Sales near the creek on Burrell Place with his father, Chris Long. When searchers found the boy, they rushed him by ambulance to a hospital, where the boy was pronounced dead.
