Federal agents tracked down a man in North Carolina who walked away from the Jefferson County Jail six weeks ago. Twenty two year old Quentin Robinson, was staying with a friend in North Carolina. Robinson was at the Jefferson County Jail to mow lawns and do gardening work and was working on flower beds outside of the fence when he vanished August Eleventh. Arkansas Correction Department spokeswoman Dina Tyler said today the state is filing court papers to have Robinson returned from North Carolina, but that could be delayed if there are state charges in North Carolina. Robinson was arrested by FBI agents, who were called in to help when officials received information that Robinson may have crossed state lines. Robinson was serving 14 years for a robbery conviction out of Franklin County.
