Human Devlopment Center employees charged with abuse

Three former employees of the Conway Human Development Center are facing felony abuse charges. According to police reports, one employee kicked a patient. Another allegedly twisted a patients wrist and one reportedly hit a patient on the head with a spoon. Warrants have been issued, but the three have not yet been arrested.
