EPA officials said Leavitt would meet with state and local leaders from Arkansas and Tennessee to celebrate efforts to bring clean air to Crittenden County in Arkansas and Shelby County in Tennessee. The grant is part of the EPA`s new SmartWay Transport Partnership, which will help improve air quality by reducing truck idling in the freight industry.
