13 arrested in prostitution sting

Police in North Little Rock say they have made 13 arrests in a reverse prostitution operation. In response to complaints from citizens about prostitution in an area around Highway 161, Highway 70 and Interstate 40, police spent four hours Wednesday conducting the crackdown. Police say the 13 were arrested after approaching undercover officers.
