Television writer signs her first novel in Little Rock

Television writer Linda Bloodworth Thomason is in Little Rock Tuesday night to sign copies of her fist novel "Liberating Paris." The book is set in Paris, Arkansas, and chronicles the lives of six friends as they approach middle age. Thomason will perform a reading and sign books at the Little Rock`s Main Library Darragh Center Auditorium from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday September 7th. Tickets to the event are 50 dollars. The money will benefit area charities that Thomason supports. Thomason is best known for her friendship with Bill and Hillary Clinton and as the creator of the television series "Designing Women."
