Updated: January 7, 2009
Three men are in custody accused of deliberately robbing Hispanics. Police have arrested Ryan Bell, 23; Vincent Carter, 19; and Brian Morton, 18. All three are charged with multiple counts of aggravated robbery and theft of property. Police say the men targeted Hispanics because they believed their crimes wouldn`t be reported. The men assumed the victims were in the country illegally, police said. Hispanics leaders say this is part of a national trend.
