Arkansas Democrats give Bush failing grades

Leaders of the Arkansas Democratic Party released a report card today. The card grades President Bush on the job he`s done in Arkansas when it comes to jobs, health care, education and security. The party gives him an "F" in all subjects. Democrats point to a figure that suggest 33,000 manufacturing jobs have been lost in the state since Bush took office. Republicans say their numbers are misleading. They point out unemployment is down in Arkansas.
