Updated: January 7, 2009
Volunteers and police in Benton used dogs and horses in a search today for a man who hadn`t been seen in more than a week. His mother grew concerned because he didn`t call her on his birthday. Twenty four year old Beau Ramsey has not been seen since August 17th. About 70 volunteers and police officers are searching along the Saline-Grant county line today near where Ramsey`s motorcycle was found Sunday. Police say Ramsey`s disappearance is suspicious. His belongings, including his wallet, were found at his apartment, and his mother said Ramsey didn`t call her on his birthday Wednesday. Cell phone records show that Ramsey hadn`t made any calls since he disappeared.
