Severe Weather Moves Through State Friday Night

Severe weather crossed through the state Friday night into the early hours of Saturday.

Trees and power lines were reported down in dozens of counties, including Pulaski, Faulkner, Hot Spring and Garland.

At one point, more than 20,000 Entergy customers were without power.  The National Weather Service recorded around 8400 lightning strikes between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m.
