The prosecutor in Crittenden County says he has taken no action yet in pursuing a case in the death of seven year old Patricia Ann Miles. The girl vanished Sunday and her body was found in a field Thursday night. Prosecutor James C. Hale Senior says he has not yet taken any action to alter the case against Jo Ann Buchanan. The woman was Monday on a kidnapping charge and is being held in the Crittenden County Jail in lieu of one million dollars bond. Hale says any charge in the girl`s death will likely be filed in the county where the child was killed. The girl`s body was found in Mississippi County after her abduction from Crittenden County.
