Police Arrest Second Person In Drive-by Shooting

Updated: January 7, 2009
Police reports show that a dispute over a cell phone led to the drive-by shootings of four girls in a Little Rock neighborhood. Two people have been arrested for the Tuesday night shootings. The girls, ages nine, ten, 14, and 16, were treated at a hospital. Police say a person who found the cell phone would not give it up without first receiving a 30-dollar reward. The owner would not pay and the finder was the alleged target in the shootings. The suspects, 30 year old Brian Lockhart of Little Rock and 31 year old Ivan Lamont Stephens of North Little Rock, face numerous charges.
