Prosecutors are to take another look at the case against a woman charged with kidnapping in the disappearance of a seven-year-old who has now been found dead. Patricia Ann Miles vanished Sunday. She was found dead Thursday at the edge of a bean field in northeastern Arkansas, not far from where her pink bicycle and shoes were found days earlier. The field is about five miles from Patricia`s hometown of Gilmore and had previously been searched. Police say the body had been in the field for days. Family friend Jo Ann Buchanan was arrested on a kidnapping charge Monday. Buchanan is being held in the Crittenden County jail in Marion on a one million dollar bond. Her family insists she is innocent. Witnesses have said they saw the girl get into a van with Buchanan Sunday morning and later saw Buchanan take the girl`s bicycle from the van in a rural area north of Gilmore. Buchanan didn`t cooperate with police.
