The US Olympic Judo team coach has a classroom here in Little Rock waiting on his return. Gary Norton`s U.S. History class at Horace Mann Magnet School has a substitute teacher until he gets back from Athens. His fellow teachers at the school say he`s an excellent teacher and they wish him the best in Greece. "With the type of discipline he has in the classroom, I`m sure the athletes would also be that well disciplined," said Stella Hayes, Norton`s neighor at the school. "I think his judo has served him well in this aspect. We had him perform with his judo team in our multi-cultural assembly last year," said DeeAnn Holt, who also works across the hall. The U.S. Judo Team competed all day today and the finals are tomorrow. Norton has said he believes there is enough talent on the U.S. team for a medal this summer.
