An Arkansas Powerball lottery player has a ticket worth $40,000 after Wednesday night's drawing.
Lottery officials say the ticket was sold at the Jet Away location at 3836 Midland in Fort Smith.
The winning ticket matched four white balls and the powerball to win $10,000, which was quadrupled because the player bought the multiplier option.
The winner's identity won't be known until the ticket is cashed.
Anyone who bought a Powerball ticket at the Fort Smith Jet Away on Midland should carefully check the winning numbers.
Meanwhile, there was one winning ticket sold in Minnesota for the $228M Powerball jackpot on Wednesday night. That resets the jackpot to $20M for Saturday's drawing.
