Doctor Tells Jurors That Convenience Store Owner Was Shot Three Times

A doctor told jurors in the trial of a man accussed of killing a McNeil convenience store owner that the
victim was shot three times. Doctor Steven A. Erickson testified that one shot was fired at close range into Jerry Dean Anderson`s head. Craig Lamount Curry, a 28 year old Camden man, is one of three people charged with capital murder in last year`s shooting death of Anderson. Curry`s wife, Jacqueline Curry, is scheduled for trial later this year. Curtis Flowers was convicted of the same crime on March 31 and sentenced to life without parole. Anderson was found dead behind the counter of J-D`s Quick Stop on Easter Sunday.
