Prosecutors have filed capital murder charges in the slaying of an Alread man against three people who eluded authorities for two weeks in the Ozark Mountains. A decision hasn`t been made yet if prosecutors will pursue the death penalty for the death of 46-year-old Ted Throneberry. The victim`s father, Vernie Throneberry of North Little Rock, said he supports it. Ted Throneberry`s wife, Ann Throneberry, also faces a kidnapping charge along with the murder charge. Prosecutors also filed kidnapping and aggravated robbery charges against Mark Holsombach and William Frazier. Both also face murder charges. Circuit Court Judge David L. Reynolds refused bond for any of the three. They were all returned to the Van Buren County jail.
