Vandals tore through a Russellville cemetery leaving about 100 headstones overturned and relatives of the deceased angered. Authorities say the Oakland Cemetery was vandalized in the early morning hours on Sunday. City workers came on the scene around 7 a.m Monday and worked 5 hours straight. "We`ve watched this cemetery get vandalized repeatedly," said Lee Wilson, who has several relatives buried at Oakland. "My grandmother`s face was taken off her stone last November." Some of those headstones date back to the 1800s. The city, which runs the cemetery, is looking into installing lights and increasing patrols.
