Father Takes Legal Action Against Those Suspected To Have Killed His Son

A NORTH LITTLE ROCK MAN IS GRIEVING THE LOSS OF HIS SON WHO DIED IN A GRUESOME MURDER IN VAN BUREN COUNTY. VERNIE THRONEBERRY IS ALSO ANGRY - AND HAS FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST THOSE ACCUSED OF KILLING HIS SON. 46 YEAR OLD TED THRONEBERRY DISAPPEARED IN LATE FEBRUARY. POLICE SUSPECTED MARK HOLSOMBACH AND WILLIAM FRAZIER, THE TWO GOT IN A SHOOTOUT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FLED. THEY WERE FOUND WEEKS LATER WITH TED`S WIFE ANN. POLICE SAY THE THREE CONSPIRED TO BEAT TED THRONEBERRY TO DEATH, BURN HIS BODY AND SPREAD HIS REMAINS BEHIND HIS HOME IN ALREAD. VERNIE THRONEBERRY HAS FILED A WRONGFUL DEATH LAWSUIT AGAINST THE THREE, ACCUSING THEM OF CONSPIRACY, FALSE IMPRISONMENT, ASSAULT AND BATTERY- OUTRAGE AND WRONGFUL DEATH. HE SAYS THEY OWE HIM DAMAGES FOR HIS MENTAL ANGUISH AND LOSS OF ENJOYMENT OF LIFE. THE SUSPECTS ARE BEING HELD IN THE VAN BUREN COUNTY DETENTION CENTER.
