The father of a Van Buren County man who authorities believe was killed by two neighbors has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against his daughter-in-law. Vernie L- Throneberry accuses his son`s wife Ann M- Throneberry of giving the neighbors consent to kill his son. The circuit court lawsuit filed in Clinton also accuses the woman of being present when Ted Throneberry was beaten. Criminal charges are pending in Ted Throneberry`s death. Ann Throneberry, Mark Holsombach and William Frazier have been charged in connection with the shooting of an Arkansas State Police corporal in March. All three are being held in the Van Buren County jail. After the officer was shot, Holsombach, Frazier and Ann Throneberry fled into the Ozarks. Police arrested them in early April.
