Hall High School was the site of school violence -- and all of it was fiction. Little Rock police and emergency responders took part in a school drill designed to sharpen skills of those called to a scene in a crisis. The scenario -- where a fire alarm is pulled and students run out of the building only to be gunned down -- was based on the 1998 Jonesboro shootings. The drills, first of its kind in the LIttle Rock School District, were funded through a $250,000 federal school safety grant. A hostage drill will be held at Forest Heights Middle School on Tuesday.
