15-year old Ian Seng didn`t expect a day at the pool to turn into a day of danger. But that`s what happened Wednesday morning when he saw two dogs attacking an 8-year old boy. "They had him on the ground and I got them off of him, put him near the pool and locked the gate," said Seng. The boy was taken to Children`s Hospital where he was treated for tissue damage and puncture wounds in his back. The boy`s grandmother says she complained about the dogs to the owners. She says they built a 6-foot fence, but the dogs kept getting out. The dogs are currently under a 10-day quarantine.
