Black voters will likely vote democratic in November`s presidential election, according to a new poll. A BET/CBS News poll shows blacks will vote for Senator John Kerry by an 8 - 1 margin. 85% of Blacks polled disapprove of President Bush`s performance. Experts believe President Clinton rousing speech at the Democratic Convention will spur a huge turnout by Black voters -- many of whom still feel disenfranchised by the 2000 election.
