Former radio personalities charged with felony.

The Faulkner county sheriff`s office has charged Chris Brown and Philip Beard with a felony count of distributing obscene material. Beard is also known as Flip Satchel. The two used to be part of the morning show for Buzz 103.7. Police allege the two were passing out pornographic DVD`s at last months gay pride parade in Conway. The felony charge carries 1 to 4 years in prison.
