City Council Finances Pine Bluff Buses

Pine Bluff`s City Council members voted to finance the city`s buses through the end of the year. In a 7-0 measure, the council agreed to pay about $118,000 to keep the buses running. Pine Bluff Transit is working on a measure to provide unlimited transportation to UAPB students. Officials expect the move to generate about $140,000 annually.
