The rising Hispanic population will figure prominently in the November election, experts say. Both Democrats and Republicans are courting the Hispanic vote in several states including Arkansas. The Natural State has seen its Hispanic population increase by 337 %. "The Hispanic vote is going to make a lot of difference in Arkansas because the population is just coming into maturity," said Angela Schnuerle, a field representative who works with Sen. Blanche Lincoln.
