Chicago police say they have arrested a man who was wanted by the FBI in the slaying of a convenience store owner more than two years ago. Police say Euphrates Whitt faces charges of aggravated robbery and capital murder in the fatal shooting of a shop owner in Huttig. The FBI claims Whitt fled the store with cash after the shooting. Whitt also is wanted by police in Lansing, Michigan, his hometown, for attempted murder. Whitt was arrested yesterday in Chicago.
