One Dead After a Plane Crash in Conway County

72 year old Morgan Hetrick died after a single-engine Beechcraft Musketeer plane crashed near Birdtown in Conway County. The plane crashed after taking off from a private air strip. Officials say the plane clipped a power line after it took off. It apparently crashed after brushing against some trees. The plane burst into flames. Hetrick died at a local hospital.One passenger has been released.The other two passengers remain hospitalized. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash.
