Emotions ran high for Capital City moviegoers Friday afternoon who saw "The Hunting Of The President."
The 90-minute documentary alleges a right-wing conspiracy to bring down the Clinton Administration over a decade-long period. Clinton supporters, who turned out for the first public showing of the film, were distressed by the contents.
"It makes me mad that media could get used like that," said Alvin Black, a Little Rock resident. "Some people would believe anything they hear."
Ellen Johnson, who worked on the Clinton`s 1992 presidential campaign, was outraged over the treatment of Susan McDougal, a long-time Clinton friend and supporter.
"The fact that she could be incarcerated and treated that way by Kenneth Starr is beyond me," she said.
The documentary was produced by Harry Thomason, an Arkansas native and friend of Bill Clinton.
