Prosecutors in two states say they`ll seek the death penalty for an Oklahoma man pursued and arrested by police after two women were killed at a business in Arkansas. In addition to capital murder charges in the two Arkansas deaths, a prosecutor in Oklahoma says 29-year-old Mickey David Thomas of Broken Bow could be charged with killing a woman in that city. On Saturday, Geraldine Jones of Broken Bow was killed. Monday morning, 46-year-old Mona Lee Shelton of Grannis, and 45-year-old Donna Marie Cary of Gillham, were fatally shot inside a business in De Queen. Oklahoma prosecutors say Thomas had knowledge of the deaths of all three women. Thomas is in jail in Oklahoma and is to be extradited to Arkansas.
