Lakeside School District`s former superintendent faces a June 22nd arraignment on charges he stole more than 30-thousand dollars from the district in Garland County. Fifty-two-year-old Danny M- Slay of Hot Springs was released on ten-thousand dollars bond Wednesday after he turned himself in to police. The charges came after legislators checked the district`s books last June and found 54-thousand dollars in undocumented expenditures, some for parties and gifts.
