Arkansas Neighborhood Gets National Award

Little Rocks Pennbrook-Clover Hill Neighborhood was named the 2004 National Neighborhood of the Year. Neighborhood USA gave the community the award for its efforts in getting a traffic light traffic light installed near Henderson Middle School. Mollie Irvin, who lives in the area, spearheaded the effort after a car hit a student. The award comes with a trophy and a $1,000 prize.
