Michael MacKool Trial Delayed

A judge has granted a delay in the capital murder trial of Michael MacKool, who is accused of plotting with his wife to kill his mother-in-law. MacKool is now to be tried starting October 25th in the death of Janie Ballard. MacKool`s wife, Leslie, was convicted of the charge and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
