A guest book for Arkansans to sign to mark the death of former President Ronald Reagan is being opened today at Curran Hall in downtown Little Rock. The book will be given to the Reagan family. Governor Huckabee is to be among the first to sign, later this morning. Also at Curran Hall, the Clinton Presidential Library is putting together a display honoring President Reagan. That exhibit is to open at noon today. Arkansas leaders from both parties have praised Reagan`s leadership and optimism in the Republican`s two terms as president.
