Former state legislator Jim Bob Duggar and his wife Michelle are celebrating the birth of their 15th child. Both the baby and mother are doing well, although family members said Michelle was feeling some discomfort because the birth was her second by Caesarean section. But her mother-in-law, Mary Duggar, says Michelle is all smiles. The baby boy, Jackson Levi Duggar, was born yesterday morning. He weighed seven pounds, eight ounces and is 20 inches long. The mother will probably stay at Washington Regional Medical Center for three to four days. Jim Bob Duggar says he will leave the decision on whether they have any more children up to Michelle.
