Flags are flying at half staff today in Nashville, Arkansas, for a local soldier who died fighting in Iraq. Staff Sergeant Hesley Box Junior was killed last week in Baghdad when a car bomb exploded near his guard post. Nashville Mayor Mike Reese asked that the flags be flown at half staff in honor of Box through next Monday. No official word yet on funeral services for the 24-year-old Arkansas National Guard soldier. Box is survived by his wife, Alexia Johnson Box, and two children, five-year-old TarDarius and 20-month-old Zacheas. Box`s parents, Hesley Senior and Barbie Box, live in Chidester near Camden.
