Fugitive Lawyer Pleads Innocent

A fugitive lawyer, who was returned by federal agents to Arkansas today, pleaded innocent to defrauding his clients of about three million dollars. Bobby Keith Moser was found in Madagascar. Prosecutors say Moser was attracted to the island because he believed officials there wouldn`t extradite him and because of the good scuba diving. The 47-year-old lawyer is being held without bond. A trial is set for April 26th.
