State police have reopened a 12-mile stretch of Interstate 30 in southwestern Arkansas that was blocked after two tractor-trailers crashed. One of the rigs burned. State police say one driver sustained a broken arm and that the other driver was not injured. The eastbound lanes were blocked for several hours between Fulton and Hope after the accident near mile marker 23. The accident occurred about five miles northeast of Fulton. The Hope Star newspaper said one of the trucks was carrying cardboard, which caught fire. State police say the lanes were reopened shortly after 1 p.m.
