Judge Lets Jury See Video and Photos Of Murder Scene

Attorneys are scheduled to pick a jury tomorrow in the trial of a man accused with killing a family of four. The judge ruled today that the jury in Charles Wayne "Chad" Green`s trial will be allowed to see photographs and video of the crime scene. Green is charged with capital murder in the July 29th, 1998, slayings of Carl Allen Elliott; his wife, Lisa; and their children, Felicia and Gregory. Gregory`s body was found in the family home in the Dalton community and his mother`s at the doorstep of a relative`s nearby house. The father`s body was found two days later in the Eleven Point River; Felicia`s remains were not found for two more years. Also accused in the quadruple-killing is Billy Dale Green, 47, facing the same charges as his son and scheduled for trial May 10th. A second son, Jason Edward Green, is charged with hindering apprehension and is scheduled to testify in both trials. Posted by Mike Hellgren
