Police Recover Missing Little Rock Girl

After mounting an intense manhunt for a missing 10-year old girl, police recovered the child at her paternal grandparent`s home.
10-year old Breanda Broadway went missing Saturday morning after her brother reportedly told police he was beaten by his maternal grandmother.
A passerby spotted the 9-year old boy running down the street in his underwear Saturday morning. He took the child to police headquarters where the boy told officers he was beaten by his grandmother, 48-year old Nadine Schiafe.
When police returned to the home, they recovered Broadway`s 7-year old brother, but she was nowhere to be found. Police say a church member took her to her paternal grandparents` home.
Schiafe, who was the legal guardian of the children, was arrested and charged with 2nd-degree battery. She bonded out of the Pulaski County Jail.
All three children were placed in DHS custody.
