The Foundation building President Clinton`s library in Little Rock said today that it purchased a nearby building for $1.36 million citing a lack of space on the library campus. Skip Rutherford -- the president of the Clinton Foundation -- said the building on the east end of the River Market District will be used for merchandise sales and warehousing. He said the foundation`s offices in the new Sturgis Hall are already full and they need more space for materials. The foundatiom will move into the four-story building on June 1st and the store will open November first. They have included the puchase price in their 2005 budget and will fold in donations for the construction of the $160 million dollar library into the purchase of the building.
