Wesley Clark is back in New
Hampshire after spending much of the day campaigning in South
Carolina.
The retired general from Little Rock spent the evening waiting
to hear what happened in the Iowa Democratic caucuses, which he
skipped in his bid for the presidential nomination.
Clark and Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman were the only major
Democratic hopefuls to bypass the Iowa caucuses. Clark spent at
least part of each day in the last week in New Hampshire. Some
polls showed he was closing on Howard Dean`s lead.
Clark used the time during the week to hold several large
rallies, including a Manchester event where he was joined by
filmmaker Michael Moore and other celebrities.
