Tommy Harris, are 35, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the death of Thomas Marc Hodges. Police Lieutenant Rick Elliott says Harris and Hodges worked for the same roofing company, and Hodges had been staying in Harris` house. Elliott says the two men were drinking when Harris told Hodges it was time for him to move out, and a fight began. Circuit Judge John Fogleman accepted Harris` guilty plea yesterday.
