Congressman Marion Berry Released From Hospital

Congressman Marion Berry was discharged from a hospital Wednesday after being treated for a digestive condition, his office said. Berry, a Democrat, was admitted to the DeWitt Hospital on Saturday due to complications from diverticulitis, a non-life-threatening gastro-intestinal condition. A news release from Berry`s office says the First District congressman would resume his normal schedule on Thursday.
