Little Rock Police Arrest Man, Cold Case Belived Solved

Houston police say they think they`ve solved a 28-year-old murder with the capture of a man arrested in Little Rock. Forty-seven year old James Richard Ludlam has been charged with capital murder in the 1975 killed of a Pasadena, Texas, teacher. He`s headed to court on Monday. The old case was unsolved until Ludlam was arrested December Sixth in Little Rock for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Ludlam is in the jail in Houston`s Harris County without bond.
