Pulaski County Deputy In Car Wreck

A Pulaski County deputy is recovering from injuries sustained in an early morning car wreck. The Sheriff`s Office tells KARK 4 News the deputy may have lost control of the wheel while driving along Highway 365 North near Maumelle. When he tried to over-correct, he crashed into a tree, officials said. He was taken to Spring Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock with what appears to be a concussion. The deputy, whose name is being withheld pending family notification, is slated to undergo routine alcohol tests.
