New Casinos Coming To Arkansas-Mississippi Border

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
The Mississippi Gaming Commission is approving development plans for the Delta Blues Casino along the Mississippi River at Greenville. The casino will highlight the area`s musical heritage and include a convention facility and water park. The commission also gave site approval -- an early step in development -- for another Greenville casino, the Bali-Hi. Plans call for the Bali-Hi to be built on land that an engineer says is part of the Mississippi River but is dry for most of the year. Posted by Mike Hellgren
